The Florida Rights Restoration Coalition is a grassroots membership organization run by people who were formerly incarcerated working to end disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions and to create a more comprehensive and humane reentry system. There are currently 20 chapters of the coalition across Florida.

In 2018, the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, with support from Art for Justice, successfully restored voting rights to 1.5 million Floridians impacted by felony disenfranchisement. FRRC used its latest Art for Justice grant to further equip these Floridians to vote in the 2020 elections. Its get-out-the-vote efforts included efforts to protect and implement the new law, non-partisan voter registration of returning citizens, and trainings.
